Tried calling various times all day to find if script sent there from closed State College store or if they had medication, no one answered. Called and talked to cashier, she was rude and said only pharmastist there. Store manager seems to not be dealing with issues here and not stepping up per other reviews saying same thing. Found from other location closed store just deleted script. Some stores from this company seem helpful but this one from Bellefonte and the South Atherton stores don't care about customers.
The person who helped me was extremely rude, and rolled her eyes at me when she had to look up a name again after not finding it the first time after I let her know the prescription has been filled there for months.
Not only did I try calling six times throughout the day at various times with no one answering the phone, when I did arrive, they told me there was an issue with my insurance, I called my insurance. There was no issue with my insurance who I called while in the store. Then they told me there was an issue with the fact that I had a telehealth appointment, rather than seeing a physical doctor.
