I've given this pharmacy multiple chances and it's always one problem after another. If you read the other reviews, folks insinuate the bad reviews were because folks were sad the Scottsville Pharmacy closed, but that's not the case. A year later and the RiteAid is still doing a poor job of taking care of the Scottsville community. The final straw was when trying to get a prescription filled for my kid's strep throat. Rite aid is going to a central distribution style business model and maintenance medications are not being shipped to your local pharmacy until you are out of medication for several days. I would not recommend this pharmacy if you need medication consistently.
Not helpful nor knowledgeable about pharmacy orders. If I could give no stars I would.
This pharmacy never has any meds in stock and refuses to special order anything when you need it. I have tried to fill multiple prescriptions for multiple family members here. I gave three stars because the employees are very nice but since I had to switch to CVS we will no longer be using them. Shame we lost the Scottsville Pharmacy.
