The pharmacist is extremely rude to my 82 old mother. He continues to be unhelpful. She is hard of hearing and his lack of customer service and support is appalling. The Moon location closed so my mother goes to Aliquippa. She is considering a further location due to the pharmacist and his extreme meanness and rudeness.
This is the slowest and most Rudest store I’ve ever been to. The people in the pharmacy are incompetent. They have so called rules that are only followed when certain people are there. Gave the wrong medication. Accepted return, but refused resale because of a driver's license re scan. It was a psuedoephidrine product. Their mistake but I am the one without my medication. If they can't get a simple decongestant right, then I have little faith in life saving medication dispensing. I'd give zero stars if I could.
This is the worst rite aid I’ve ever been to. The workers are extremely rude. They’re short with you. They look at you like you’re slow or dumb when I think they might be slow or dumb!!!! They never have the medicine you need. Not feeling good today & I recently changed my pharmacy.. but today had my doctor send my prescriptions over just because I was passing them up to go home.
