Love the store itself but some of the Pharmacy staff can use Customer Service training. Once I was in the drive up asked for some Mucinex DM I was advised next time I need to come inside although there is a sign stating you can ask for items. As I'm the store I hear & see someone at the get an item from the floor and was not advised to come in next time. And when you pick up a prescription the question says I was consulted about my medication or I refused consultation they need a 3rd button I was not asked.
