The pharmacy provides great service. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.Â
Outstanding customer service for vaccinations for my wife, my elderly parents and myself. The pharmacist was caring, gentle and compassionate. One additional thing I really like about RiteAid is the historical vaccine documentation they gave me. This was very helpful. RiteAid is my new favorite pharmacy! Keep up the good work.Â
The fact the pharmacist doesn't know the schedule for the varicella vaccine when it is a requirement for healthcare jobs (2 dose series) really bothers me. After arguing that I need the second dose and that yes, I am indeed an ADULT, they could not/would not order it. Will never go through here. I would rather drive elsewhere to those who don't lie, who know what they are doing, and those who don't treat customers like an inconvenience!Â
While I understand there are many things behind the scenes that customers do not get access to, it's absolutely infuriating to be told 5 lies in the same day from different people about my meds. Within the last 3 months the I've been treated like an addict and now they're saying if it's past 3pm can't pick up so I now have to wait 2 days before I can get meds that are needed today.
