I grew to like the pharmacy staff and feel the staff treated me with patience. Filling multiple prescriptions can be awkward and knowing when Excellus will allow a script to be refilled isn't always easy. I like that I was called by my name here, HIPAA privacy laws be damned. Now, all the merchandise is on sale, and the "pharmacy records" are going to a Walgreens on Onondaga Street, as if I'll go south of the Centro Hub because I have no business south of it. I just pop in to pick up prescriptions, but the store is always clean, and the pharmacy staff is super nice!! Always a great experience.Â
