Horrible customer service and manager seems absolutely clueless.
This pharmacy is going thru a terrible management moment - unprofessional and unreliable. My Dr sent an Rx Friday morning, I called their automated line and it indicated there'd be a delay but it'd be in soon. I called back Monday and again the automated line said there was a delay and it'd be in that day. I called and spoke w an individual Tuesday and they said they didn't know what the hold up was; they'd call back by 2pm to update me. There was no call that night or Wednesday. Unbelievably lack-of-knowledge and rude customer services. I placed a pick-up order online and when I got back home I found one item was missing. I live far but managed to find a time return to the store, however I was instructed by the lady working at the cashier that "stand by, I need to help other customers" even though I was in line for 15 mins. Terrible! I placed an order for medications that I needed a full hour before they closed. This store ended up CANCELLING my order at the very last possible minute saying that they were no longer open. Had they done this earlier, I could’ve had the opportunity to find another place that was open. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate with peoples orders.
I almost fainted (I didn't eat or drink anything before going in so this was my fault) when I got my first dose of the vaccine and they told me next time to bring someone with me. 21 days later I go in for my second shot and they straight up say go somewhere else because we are not properly prepared to help me if something happens. No call or email saying hey go somewhere else before hand. Instead I got a call and email saying will see you soon. Thanks for wasting my time.
