The staff TRULY care about patients and go out of their way for them. They have saved me more than once for either getting the wrong prescription or the doctor neglecting my needs as a patient when the weekend was approaching. The pharmacists know me and my medical history so I always feel confident that I will receive the correct medication. I can't say the same for other pharmacies.
RUDE!!! Especially when you need to asked about pain meds..they just treat everyone like drug addicts!!! Never will I go back!!
I drive nearly 15 minutes, and must pass a dozen pharmacies en route, just to go the pharmacy at the rite aid on mineral and broadway - because it is THE BEST! The staff is truly like extended family to me. My brother, Jim, went here, because he loved the pharmacy staff, and had me start going as well several years ago - between the 2 of us we were frequent fliers, and there quite a lot with various depression meds - Sadly, my brother committed suicide June 13th 2015, just 2 weeks after turning 25.
