They fired the pharmacist and didn’t bother to notify any customers of this change so you go in to pick up your prescription and the pharmacy is closed. If you try to call the store the line automatically hangs up after one ring. I’ve never in my life experienced anything more unprofessional. Rite Aid you’ve wronged a lot of people and I hope nobody dies from not being able to get life saving medication because of your irresponsible and unprofessional move. I’m absolutely appalled.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with! There is never a pharmacist in, their hours change without notice (answering machine doesn't match) and they are constantly behind. Even transfers to get away from this death trap pharmacy take forever. Avoid at all costs.
Dont bother trying to call, they never answer. Prescriptions are never ready and there's only one pharmacist worth a hoot. It needs better management, better workers and a more caring environment. How do you work in medical and not want to help people, Rite Aid should be ashamed!
