I know that customers of the CH Rite Aid were used to an awesome lead pharmacist. I looked at the owner responses to concerns. They are all identical, despite different concerns. That tells it all! Horrible I get 1500 text messages about my medicine and when I finally come and pick it up at the drive-through, I get told by the pharmacist that it’s going to be a while because they have a long line there servicing people in the store instead of me who I am handicapped and can’t get out of my car because I’m handicap and can’t get out of my car people in the store get seen before me so I have to sit here and waste my gas over 20 minute wait because I was in the drive-through, she was rude they did not pay me no attention ... read more
Came in to pick up a prescription for my father while he is bed bound. Asked if the pharmacy was open and was told the pharmacy closed on weekends. Not only is this ridiculous especially for people with controlled substances and working people, but the staff gave an extremely rude response when I asked. I would recommend you switch to a separate Rite Aide or CVS if you need prescriptions.
I like shopping here better than CVS across the street
It's a fine store. But it is not a pharmacy. They may say they have one. They may have a constantly shuttered area at the back of the store that looks like it might have medication bottles in it. But they are lies. Why else would I have stopped by to pick up a prescription three times this week and found it closed on all three occasions? There's even a helpful sign that says they'll be reopening on Monday. The day that their text says they'll be putting my prescription back.
