Since this store has changed to Walgreens, the phone system has become a joke. I called twice to check on a prescription, and was on hold for 25 minutes each time. When my turn came, I was disconnected each time.

This pharmacy is spectacular! I have been coming here for years (to pick up prescriptions for my mom) and every time I have a wonderful experience. The Pharmacy staff is very attentive and helpful. They are a very busy pharmacy and they do such a wonderful job getting things done in a timely manner. I will never use another pharmacy!
I just slent the past 5 minutes on an infinite call loop trying to find out if my prescription is ready for pickup. I never got an answer from a live person. This was my first attempt to fill a prescription at this Rite Aid, and it will certainly be my last!
Pharmacy is SLOW and they always seem to have a problem. Store is starting to get run down. Prices are a bit on the high side.
