the new employees there in the pharmacy is fast, in and out, no dramas. in the past a year ago or so...they always chat and chat while everyone is waiting, long lines but now is quick. no more dramas.Â

Never use rite aid @ cooper landing road for gift cards. Valid issue that is not addressed & person investigating it won't talk to you. Only the sales people working at store. So you play cat & mouse going back & forth & with not an answer to resolve claim. Close case...and then send you to loss prevention & fraud. Which this is not. Wasted over a week with him NOT addressing my issue. We may have been able to resolve it ourselves quickly if he took that small baby step forward to listen & help a good customer. Linda AdamsÂ
