I wanted to update and say I am absolutely gutted for my rite aid family, Jane, Teresa and Vimi. They have been a constant in my Cheetos and Red Bull supply for the last 5 years. I enjoyed feeling special knowing they ordered extra chips for me, I loved being greeted by name and I loved them. I've been a regular here for over a year, but it might be time to change pharmacies. The quality of care/customer service at the pharmacy has really gone down in recent months. Many of their employees are disgruntled and overworked. We recently had a really negative interaction at the pharmacy where they were refusing to release a medication based on semantics of a note, and the pharmacist was very defensive, snide, snarky and disrespectful. I absolutely love this rite aid. Although the turnover in staff is frequent, as a regular I have created a bond with almost every staff member that has come through. I casually mentioned I was buying an item out of stock faster than they were getting shipments, so they ordered extra. A special shout to Vimi, I adore that woman
I love coming to this pharmacy! The service is always friendly and efficient.
Horrible cashier! I will be filling complaint. I purchased a product, for woman's health. The cashier proceeded to lecture me about how I should NOT be using this product. AND ask me personal questions. My family & decisions are my business, not a Cashiers concern!!!
