Worst Pharmacy Ever!! I called in a prescription on a Friday. They told me they needed the doctor's approval so I contacted the office and the approval was sent on Monday morning. I called Rite Aid back to make sure the prescription was going to be filled and they said they needed the insurance company's approval. I told them to request a lower amount of the medication, they did and I was told it was approved. The pharmacy staff are wonderful and very helpful.
Locals should patronize this convenient pharmacy! Rite Aid has always been very competitive with its prices on self-care products and this location has helpful employees, easy access parking, and convenient hours of operation. While the two Rite Aid locations in Fountain Valley have closed, and the Costa Mesa location on Harbor Blvd. has also closed, thankfully the Huntington Harbour location remains open, and it deserves the support of those who live and work in the area.
Love my rite aid! Please don’t close the store it’s my favorite and I go there several times a week.
