Needed to make a return and found this store as it was on the way to my next stop. Store cashier greeted me, helped me with return and directed me to the dept I needed. She had a friendly demeanor making for a smooth transaction. Highly recommended.
Samantha in the pharmacy is simply the best in every single category. I pray every day they do not close this ride aid.
Worst Pharmacy Ever!! I called in a prescription on a Friday. They told me they needed the doctor's approval so I contacted the office and the approval was sent on Monday morning. I called Rite Aid back to make sure the prescription was going to be filled and they said they needed the insurance company's approval. I told them to request a lower amount of the medication, they did and I was told it was approved.
