This Rite Aid is done. Shelves are practically empty as previously mentioned in other reviews. The pharmacy provides no feedback and auto-refills are often ignored. I do love the pharmacists as they have always personalized every visit, and kept me up-to-date on my vaccines. However, I transferred my prescriptions to CVS at 1303 Sepulveda, and couldn't be happier with their level of service. I'm sorry to see this place go away as they were my favorite pharmacy for years.
This used to be my place to go. Maybe management changed. Their freezer breaks down every now and then. It takes them weeks to get it back working. Shelfs be empty and they always restocking.
I had such a wonderful experience at Rite Aid, all thanks to an amazing pharmacist Aline who truly went the extra mile. Despite some challenges, she worked tirelessly to get my prescription filled quickly. She took the time to answer all of my questions, showing a level of care and expertise that made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her dedication to helping customers and her friendly demeanor really stood out to me. I'm extremely grateful for their help and highly recommend their services!
Pharmacy in this location is excellent thanks to pharmacist Mrs kizirian aline and her crew’s for their professionalism knowledge and their understanding.wonderful service
I guess I am going to stop shopping rite aid every one I go in the shelves are empty can't keep driving around trying to find basic items
