I called the store to find an item and the lady, Liza, transferred me to Joe (the manager, according to Liza) to ask for the availability of an item. He keep me waiting only to hangup the phone later. I called back again and Liza transferred me again to Joe. He checked the item and was told not available and I tried to ask another question but he just hangs up the phone. I'm very disappointed the way they handle the customer service.
