Rite aid has been my home pharmacy for 12+ years. Even if I relocate or move. On the list of things to do is "find the nearest Rite aid." I always have a great experience. Was followed around today by one of the only employee working the store. She followed us in each aisle, all the way to the cash register and watched us leave. It seems like this energy would be better spent stocking the extremely empty shelves, which never have anything, so I don't know what on earth she was so worried about. Went in to get a script filled and was told that 25 minutes before closing was not enough time for them to do it. The place was deserted. Then asked if they could call their Tanasbourne pharmacy. "No, you have to do that yourself." That was last night. Gave them another chance this morning. Called twice - no answer. Hit the number for the general information line and the person said that there were four people working there. She paged them. The pharmacy has gotten out of hand. Wait times for pick ups are insane. Multiple times now I have had to wait 25 + minutes when there were only two cars ahead of me. The customer service is also none existent.
