Avoid the Pharmacy here at all costs go to any other pharmacy in the area and you won't regret it. Pharmacist here is rude and miserable. If you hate your job so bad just quit it ain't that serious.
Personable staff, professionalism, willingness to help
Pharmacy is terrible. Do not use location if you depend on medication daily . My 9 year old son needs meds daily. This location has dropped the ball countless times and staff is ignorant/rude. It’s terrible to watch my son miss a day of meds because this location is incompetent or just doesn’t care. We moved my sons prescriptions to giant eagle several months ago and haven’t had any issues. Personally I never have prescriptions, but on 9/11 I needed one called in. Do not use this pharmacy if you rely on getting a medication on time. As someone who was continually getting the same medication for over a year here you’d think that they’d know to have it in the pharmacy when people need it. After having to spend an hour on the phone with my insurance (once again) for them to tell the pharmacy to give me my medication today, as it’s supposed to be- The pharmacy tells me that they can’t order it until tomorrow.
