I have used this rite Aid for the last 4 years because it is close to my house. Ever since We changed insurances the staff isn't doing their Job. Warning labels are left off the bottles (refrigerate). Messages are not forwarded to other staff so when I go to pick up prescriptions I end up with them trying to charge me for medication that I shouldn't be charged from. There is a lady with spiked hair and a big bottom lip she is unprofessional and very very rude. I was trying to fill a script for my daughter and after 2 hours of trying to figure stuff out I asked for the script back to go elsewhere and she gave it to me but was very rude about the whole incident. I've been going there for almost 23 years and this incident makes me want to change pharmacy's. I will be coming into the store to talk about it.
