This pharmacy is by far one of the most difficult to work with. Their communication is sorely lacking and strangely consistent in saying, “we’re just finishing it up now.” This is unacceptable and reflective of poor processes and leadership. This has been an issue the last two years and I am beyond frustrated. I can only imagine elderly customers having to navigate this pharmacy and the run around. Too bad they are around the corner from my house otherwise, I would without question switch to another.
