Was supposed to inspect and clean the chimney. I was with other inspectors while they were supposed to be doing this. They just inspected and then tried to upsell log inserts to me. When I checked the fireplace, there was a big pile if ash in it. When I called and said they didn't clean, they said it wasn't needed and they wouldn't come back out to do it...even though I paid for it. BUYER BEWARE

Rite-a-way came out to our home and did a fantastic job installing our gas logs back in September. From the minute you call to the minute you have your service, everyone is professional and very knowledgeable. We turned off our pilot in October and were uncertain on how to turn it back on. They were extremely helpful and never made us feel silly for not being able to do something so simple. We HIGHLY recommend them for your fireplace/chimney needs.
