So far so good. We had a tankless water heater located in the garage leak and Mario did a detailed cost estimate that day and his team removed the damaged area the next day. They explained what they were going to do, then what they did and why. The work area was left very clean and tidy.
I have nothing but praise for this business. I felt like I had a team of specialists on my side from the moment I phoned until they finished my mold remediation. They agreed upon a plan of visits every two weeks to check on the mold levels and made sure I was happy with the procedure and had no further concerns.
Very pleasant, courteous and quick. Firstly, they came as promised on a holiday and gave a quick, honest assessment. We were very anxious about what this was going to turn out like. Happy that we don’t seem to need anything for now but will wholeheartedly recommend to anyone and will readily contact them if the unfortunate need arises. Thank you so much!
