I have used this shop in the past. They were always friendly, honest and did good work. Fast forward to yesterday when I had a completely different experience. Non-communicative, aggressive and downright unfriendly. Something has changed here and I will not be back.
Emeline was fantastic! I came in for an insurance quote on my vehicle, she was incredibly helpful—patient, clear, and walked me through everything without any pressure. Made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this shop and especially Emeline if you need body work or a quote. 5 stars!
