Ritchie’s Service did a fantastic job removing trees for me. The trees were close to the house which required him to scale the tree and cut branches then trunk in pieces. His crew used ropes to guide them down and it was expertly done. They also removed stumps nicely. And they were reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again!
I've used Ritchie's Tree Service on a number of jobs, and have always found them to be responsive and reasonable. Their prices are aligned well with other companies. Todd will make time to help out when an emergency or other problem comes up, and even in some tight spots, has brought in the right equipment to get the job done with no damage to nearby buildings, power lines, etc. Recommended.
A big oak fell down for bug infestation/weather. We had another tree that looked like it was about to fall, so requested that tree to be removed as well. Terrible invoicing and communication. Todd said it would be an insurance job from his vast experience, but since the tree didn’t land on any structures this wasn’t the case. Sent an invoice for $4,500 which I paid and then Todd called very upset/being extremely rude about where’s the rest of his money.
