Recently had Ritchie's Insulation come to my home to re insulate my attic. The lady who answered the phone was kind and professional, and was able to get Andrew to come out and inspect my home and provide a quote, he was very knowledgeable and professional. The team that actually completed the job worked quickly and efficiently and left almost no mess in my home. The final price was also within $100 of the original quote's price. After many quotes, we chose Ritchie,s to help fix our attic insulation. They were very professional, punctual and friendly. They removed the sprayed the attic with antimold spay, old insulation spray foamed the base and the filled it up with new insulation. They cleaned very well after themselves. All done very professionally and neatly. Special thanks to Jon and Kim for answering our 20 questions.

We had new shingles installed then had them blow in extra insulation. We discovered a couple years later that the existing pink insulation from were the roof meets the eave was not removed; therefore, the installed moore vents we paid for served absolutely no purpose other than an extra charge on the bill. No wonder our roof was so hot. Luckily we found this when we did.
We live in a 1929 brick house with a 1975 or so wrap around addition with siding on a crawl space. The addition was freezing cold and the older section could not keep heat in. Ritchies gave us a thorough estimate and was very honest about time lines. When they did arrive the crew got right down to business and spent three days in crawl spaces and attics I don’t know how anyone could access.
