Richie Brothers Amaranth really needs to consider their customer service section. There is one old lady with glasses and a mole on her on her face at the front gate who was absolutely horrendous. I cannot believe the treatment I received as a repeat customer. Maybe Richie brothers should invest in some customer service skills training, and she should be at the front of the class. Severely disappointed, do better!
I bought a skid steer with “hydraulics tested and working”. It had some issues hours after I bought but Ritchie bros came through and made it right.
Terrible management happening over there, especially the manger Chris. Has zero costumer service skills, no idea how she’s manger.
I bought a skid steer with “hydraulics tested and working”. It worked long enough to get it off the lot. The belt had clearly just been changed. The hydraulic pump went in the first few hours of operation - a 10k repair. Just say it like it is. “Needs hydraulic work”. Not “tested and working”.
This week was the first time I had ever been there, I got to make multiple pickups for my employer. The staff is friendly, personable, and extremely helpful. The customer service is absolutely top shelf, I had a wonderful experience, and a shout out to all of the staff for being super pleasant even during this heatwave!
