Unit was not stated as inoperable and was informed it came with a key. Unit didn't work and no key was found at time of pick up.
Recently bought a truck, sent tow to tow it to shop, truck was inaccessible for truck, an RB worker pulled with a loader and damaged the truck hood, tow charged extra for waiting for investigation, and at the end Ritchie bros completely denied of any responsibility, saying it is buyer's responsibility to take out from where ever they have parked. Wow. People just sell here all the shit with even reversed odos.
Be careful with this place they will rip you off if you buy or consign an item that sells for less then 200 dollars i consigned 8 item, one sold for 15 dollars and they charged me 195 for selling it other items sold for 140 dollars, they took all my money plus they took another 1300 dollars from me so I lost everything for no money but on top they stole another 1300, dollars, even after i asked one of the sales person wat before I entered my products wat the charges were for selling, he told me 25 percent if items sell under... read more
