Just, wow. I have been a client with this firm for over 10 years. Initially Jane Ritchie was my accountant, who was amazing. Unfortunately, she retired and I was passed on to Brenda Mattacott. Overall my experience was initially not great but not horrible, although definitely not as smooth as with Jane and there was some contradictory advise regarding a car purchase and whether it should go under my business or personal, with some other areas of not the best or easiest communication.
