First time there super fast prescription filling and friendly service with competitive pricing.
Siraj is so friendly and helpful! It's great having a neighbourhood pharmacy that's welcoming and has great personalized service. He also has a small amount of items for sale, which is very handy in a pinch.
Used to be a quality place to go, but in the last year quality of customer care has gone down. Hopefully they can address their processes and this won't be an issue any more. I have had prescriptions randomly refilled without asking more than once, was shorted medication recently without being told and called (without being told why) that I had medication ready for pick up. Recently stopped in as I had an injury that I wanted looked at. The Pharmacist was amazing, he checked it out and was able to prescribe something for me. It was close to closing time and I appreciate that he stayed later and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of
