Got my new btk prosthetic today and could not be more pleased!!! The fit was great from the start, but Dr Ritchie doesn't stop there, his attention to the details, fine tuning the fit, as well as, listening to the needs of the patient sets him above the rest! His care is GENUINE which is a rarity today.
We had a great experience. Dr Richey was very thorough and fitted my husband with a wonderful brace that gave him comfort to sit.
You are the best service I had
Ritchie limb and brace solved a huge problem for my grandfather, Ernest. We had been trying to get him the right brace and gone through two different (wrong) ones at the guidance of other providers. Ritchie took the time to watch my grandpa walk, measure, cast, and ask all the right questions. My grandfather also enjoyed the environment and old car pictures 😆 Ritchie was also great to talk to and made the process enjoyable. Continue to wish you guys all the success you deserve, thanks again.
