We met Chad Ritchie through a presentation he did at the library pre-Covid regarding estate planning. We met with him and the process was very easy to understand. We had to finish the process and signing during Covid Lockdown. We met over the phone and then we signed at their office with he and his staff wearing masks. Appreciated the opportunity to download copies of our documents. Chad and his staff were very nice and knowledgeable.
