Bought a T300 Bobcat and needed a couple parts. Decided to spend the extra few dollars buying local and ordered parts through Ritchie. Not only did the salesman miss parts that needed to be ordered, push parts that didn't necessarily need but was more than willing to charge $20 extra to get the parts faster. Only to find out that the Warehouse was shutdown that day, so the parts didn't come any quicker and no one bothered to contact us. Great employees and mechanics. God forbid you start having issues (when the equipment is new) and need the owners to step up and at least call you back to help the customer. How they conveniently forget the thousands of dollars you spent. Still waiting.....
