Lady at yard gate very rude not helpful at all.Refused to help me get proper delivery receipt emailed to the location.I had to leave go to the love's truck stop have it printed off then return.Most people help folks when they may not have the proper delivery paperwork.She said it's company policy to not help with giving someone a email address so it can get printed on site.Manheim auction across the interstate has printer you can link to print anything you want onsite.If I was going sell anything I would take it to Manheim o... read more

Auction process was smooth, along with pickup, but the lady who answered the phone and helped me at the main office on release forms was out right loud and rude. Not friendly customer service at all. Idk why you would be hateful when no one does anything other than what they require of you, but maybe should have more friendly service.

Yup, the 1 star reviews are correct Spent 250,000 only to be yelled at by the yard help. Wonder if your consigners know how you treat buyers
