What a terrible company. This place is nothing but a scam with a ton of added fees at the end of your auction. I bought two KJ garages that were supposed to be brand new. Opened the box to assemble and half way through assembly I’m missing panels. RB offers no help what so ever then try’s to pawn it off on the company out in china that’s also no help. I would never recommend purchasing anything from this place. STAY FAR AWAY. JUNK!!
Wish I could give 0 stars. This was the worst experience I have ever had with an auction house. They literally just throw your items in the trailer like they are trash. Not a care in the world if it takes you an extra 2 hours to tie down just because they throw your stuff on there with no second thought. Was insane, plus I had an appointment and was still forced to wait until "they were ready" when I was the only person picking up at the time. Only nice person was the lady at the desk. Absolutely the worst Rb location to pick up from. Rudest people to deal with and every time they make you wait an eternity to get loaded even if you have an appointment.
