Droping off things and LOVE, what I seen want to go get a car there, or a storage sheed.
Drove up with a big trailer just to discover the machine I purchased was given to someone else. They gave me a refund for the lost machine (several weeks later) but nothing for wasting my time or gas. I've purchased from a dozen auction houses and have never seen one as unprofessional as this one.
Called as needed to arrange a late pick up. Showed up and transactions were canceled even though paid in full. Donna was an absolute unprofessional. Filing a fraud case with our credit card as we speak. Out the 300 in gas money and 7 hours in time. Will be canceling our account and letting all our contacts know. Couldn't reach Terry Yez the Ops Manager or Toby the Customer Service Manager. Really odd situation and sad to see after being a loyal customer for last 6 years.
