We were given an estimate for equipment, which we knew was not a guarantee but certainly expected something in the ballpark. They sold the equipment for less than 40% of what we were told. I get that it’s an auction, but this is your business and our equipment - throwing numbers out just to fill your sale leaves unhappy customers. I wouldn’t sell anything through RB again.

Time limit to remove items after the sale as a transport company and they don’t have the manpower or Loader power to load out Spend two days getting one load

How can a business be so organized, and have such a dysfunctional system at pick up. It’s very common to wait 5 hours to pick up your purchases. We have even here waiting 2 hours and there are two lanes of traffic backed up a 1/4 km waiting. We see only 3 loaders driving around. Someone call in sick? Don’t you guys have enough loaders that you could have a second pick up section and 10 loaders picking items up for those waiting? So ridiculous.

I've been to several different auction houses, including a few different RB Auctions, and these guys are completely clueless. No one seems to know what going on, or can send me to the right place. You ask two employees the same thing and you get two completely different contradictory answers. And the problem is compounded by being understaffed. Do yourself a favour and buy from any other location, it'll save you some grey hairs.
