Unfortunately, the 1* reviews are real, and they lost my business. I bought stuff at least quarterly from them, but last time, I decided to buy a van for me. 3 1/2 months from the date I paid for it, I still haven't received my title and plates. They are advising me to keep using the temp plates that are already expired - which is illegal. Corporate doesn't give a crap, the ladies at the office keep passing me between them, without anything actually getting resolved. Giving my 1 star an update , before I left a bad review over the office staff and talked so good about the yard staff. Yard staff is horrible there are 2 good employees that’s it. I have had so many issues with the yard management, even had the audacity to tell me that I’m buying to much so I have to wait behind everyone else while they all skip ahead of me. I have never gone somewhere to spend money they feel bad and guilty about it.
This place the worst place to buy truck from i bought I truck on march 26 and paid still waiting for the title till now avoid this place or make sure u don’t leave antil u have u title on hand
