Open on time and great customer service...
Disappointed at the experience that my husband and I had today at the Prince George site. My husband was looking at a gravel truck and got the key from the attendant to get it started. Truck wouldn't start as the batteries were dead. My husband asked attendant if he could jump it to get it started. The attendant replied "I can't because I don't have fuel". Absolutely ridiculous and what a lazy workethic.
Ritchie Brothers just robbed me! They took my items under contract and sold them for an absurdly low price, collected their commission, and now they're refusing to return anything to me. This feels like daylight robbery. This is not the Ritchie Brothers I trusted 15 years ago.
