I found that the wait time of over 3 hours to be very long. pick up time was mid week, early morning . Only 1 person in line before me and for a single item to be loaded on my trailer. Staff was ok, however the time of wait was undesirable, I won’t be buying from this auction site as I value my time a little too much unfortunately.
Recently came here for the pick up very unorganized. The staff is extremely rude. I repeat the staff is extremely rude.
Not happy with the service very slow and waited in line for 2 hours plus and then another good 45 mins to finally get all loaded its also very dusty and with my allergies had a hard time breathing Sad we have to go through this !!
I just wanted to thank Laura D’Orazio, for her outstanding customer service! She went above and beyond for me. Laura made sure I was able to get my truck that I purchased registered. I had no ride home unless that was done, and was four hours away from home. I highly recommend her. Thank you again, Laura!
Beware of buyer and admin fees. They charge at least 10% or more on top of the selling price. Most of the time, it's better to buy from a dealer or privately.
