Never again will I sell anything through them. Product description was sub-par and inaccurate, stating the engine couldn't be started but they never even tried, I started the unit and it ran well when I brought it to them. They didn't include any of the detailed info I initially emailed to them and proceeded to fail to communicate the status during the selling process. Bought a nice Penske trailer from Ritchie bros. it was a good purchase a good deal and awesome condition, when i went to pick it up i was greeted and helped promptly by Chris and Scott which made the delivery quick and easy. Thank you Guys!
Bought about $160 worth of things from the auction and when I received the bill it was $800! Apparently there is a minimum $100 “service fee” PER ITEM. I understand having auction fees, but that’s highway robbery. I will NEVER recommend them again. Unless this policy is changed.
