Very disappointed with the service at Ritchie Bros. There’s a complete lack of accountability, and getting a clear answer from someone who can actually resolve an issue is nearly impossible. Instead of solutions, you get transferred repeatedly with no resolution. By far the worst service experience I’ve had in this industry.

Very nice & friendly office staff. Yard guys not so friendly. We got there at 4:10 pm and they are open till 5, we had two small items to pick up took 10 minutes for him to load. A business should have employees that are will to work until the open/ close hours. Like it’s posted! Especially being rude is such a turnoff. You have a job, do it well!
