This is a personal review of an employee who works for Richie Brothers. I had a hard time getting a call back or an answer from a few employees, but once I was connected with Dolin in Texas it was a prayer answered. He was the reason I got the solution I received, he made the connection on a personal level and buisness. Staff that answers the phone have zero correct information on anything I asked about, and 3 different people told me three different things, and getting your deposit back is a joke
