Couldn’t even get to see anyone because the receptionist is so rude I can’t bare to deal with her anymore. What a horrible first point of contact to deal with for someone who really needs help.
Had one appointment, and they never even told me their name. Didn't seem to take my concerns seriously and I felt it was a waste of my time. $200/hour for nothing. Won't be going back.
Have found Lisa Jones an absolute Godsend.
I would not use this service even if free and only one available ...unfriendly unwelcoming and no people skills or interest
