Ritchey Reserve is such a welcoming community! The management is great
I really enjoyed living here. The staff helped make sure everything was upkept and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I lived here for 1 year, no amenities, the place is dirty, I was taken advantage of by the manager, who overcharged me for Apt. rent. Manager puts down older people and will take advantage of them if she can. Plumbing problems, toilets do not flush well, floors not holding up, leaking water to lower Apt.The place is not built well. Coffee/tea area not clean. Over priced for nothing, a regular Apt. is better than this place.
No amenities, not clean, older people abuse, built poorly, toilets not flushing properly, mgr. takes advantage of money from older people. Charlotte Wilson mgrs. name
