DONT RENT HERE ! The amenities and services are all untrue . I lived there 3 years after sagging floor issues broken light switches banging hot water pipes in a hospice like atmosphere! I called the city of fishers code enforcement a DOZEN times to get repairs done promptly and properly ! Took 2-3 months to get my deposit back . Senior Citizen abuse HOSPICE WOULD POST LATEST DEATH ON DOOR! . The owner shouldn’t put her own mother in here !!!! EXPENSIVE and NO AMENITIES

Overpriced for no amenities- no carports, garages, outdoor patio and grill. Many services advertised not available. Constant turnover of upper and property management so no consistency in ever- changing policies. Some property managers dishonest. Open bickering among staff. Maintenance requests ignored. Security features advertised not broken and unrepaired.
