Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
I have never had a problem with them, in fact, they have gone above and beyond. We have a dog that had Parvo when we got him (we didn't know it), when I couldn't take care of him at home, they took him in, and whithin about 3 days I was able to go pick him up, and he walked out to me (when I took him in, he couldn't even walk). They have 99% of the time been able to fit me in within 24 hrs for an appt. The office, rooms, and bathrooms have always been clean. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've never had them cancel an appointment at the last minute and believe them to be extremely reliable. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They are down to earth and extremely friendly.

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!
