I worked in healthcare over 35 years, mostly ER and critical care. I have worked with many doctors/surgeons and it is not often you find one with the bedside manner and genuine concerns for patients like this man has. He was sincere and empathetic while giving our family news we weren't expecting to hear. He was meticulous in his explanation of the illness he discovered.
