Ritchie Auto certified vehicles staff is incredibly professional. My cadillac was serviced in the time limits communicated. It was repaired to perfection. Matt reviewed my repairs with me. He made sure I was satisfied with my activities during the waiting time. Excellent service means the customer is valued.
Rude, mouthy and disrespectful. Wasted my time constantly and never called me back. Please steer clear of this place.
Buyer beware!! I Called about a truck for sale and was given the run around about putting down a deposit to hold the vehicle until I could make it there on Saturday because I live 3 hours away. Saturday came and I was told the truck sold the night before.
