My wife came here to get her eyebrows done before our wedding and the lady was very rude and unprofessional. My Wife asked about a service and the lady got upset because she asked if she could do it a certain way and the lady said you could leave. How unprofessional we always tip and if we’re paying for a service and we ask if she could do it a certain way she could just say no she didn’t have to say just say leave and don’t come back. Was quick and efficient.. got threaded and tint.. going back for lash extensions tomorrow. And a facial soon!! I travel alot and this will be my sandusky go to when I'm in town!!
Friendly and great job
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Lady who did my eyebrows was so rude and unprofessional. Messed up my eyebrows, she over threaded. When I confronted her, she laughed it off. Please rethink your employees because the Chinese lady there was anything but professional. :)
