My review is a 1 just in case it shows 5 stars. Today is 08/16/2025 and I am here to reveal the truth about Quarry Lake's Rita's Frozen Ice and Custard Polar. They are racist against their own race; Black. A friend and neighbor of mine was hired as a supervisor, a position she did apply for, but was given. She only wanted to be a cashier but Mr. Baily, the owner needed a supervisor. His wife, Mrs. Baily who seems to be in charge, but never really visited the store until my friend was hired. Horrible new owners they hate to be there, they complain with me every time I went there how bad customers are and they just don’t care if their hands are clean, the concrete treats are not full enough and very pricy when I asked the owner the lady gave me such a bad response, she doesn’t have good manners to explain anything I can tell they hate their new Bussiness so I decided to go to Lowe’s Food and get me a treat there better customer service.
