Poor management
There’s literally nothing to complain about from Rita’s… However, at this specific location, the young lady who rang me up quickly chose her own tip amount on my card as if I wouldn’t notice. I told her I didn’t mind tipping but I would’ve liked to have tipped her on my own with my own money. I have no words for behavior like that.
Teenage workers were busy talking to their friends instead of taking people's orders when it was cold/windy. Then, the employee decided to tip herself without asking when I checked out on the register. Pathetic.
