went to Rita’s Water Ice around 7:50–8:00 PM and ordered a custard with sprinkles, but the employee didn’t give it to me that way. When I told her I had requested sprinkles, she responded with a bad attitude, saying I had to pay extra for them. I have no problem paying—I work hard and can afford it—but her behavior was completely hostile.
