MADISON AL LOCATION: I wish I could give this place negative stars. I got a concrete and it right as well had been a cup of milk.my husband picked the family a treat for a cheat day and this was everything but. There was a black lady and s foreign lady that obviously did not want to be working at this establishment so hence poor customer service was provided. What a great place to enjoy Italian ice or custard! The staff were friendly and prompt.
Always loved rita’s, was good. Employees acted extremely annoyed and had attitudes, not to mention they had headphones in so kept having to repeat everything and they still got it wrong
We enjoy the custard and ice, but the customer service seems to be poor here. We have visited this location twice in three days, and both times the employees acted like they were annoyed by our coming into the store. We always try to be kind to service workers by greeting them when we come in. These ladies just stared at us until we made our order, then checked us out without even saying “You’re welcome” when we thanked them. However, despite their rudeness, they make sure to ask for a tip before you leave!
