Great customer service! Nice location but I went in yesterday & I was so grossed out! They need to close for a day to deep clean. Everything was so dirty! Napkin holders were dirty & sticky, counters & the dispenser for the spoons was too! Especially because they’re a walk in location bc most Rita’s you just walk up to so it’s just makes me rather travel out of town instead..

Very helpful workers, the 2 young men. I had the gummy bear ice and vanilla custard. Ritas is literally my favorite.
